The standard price for a rebuild starts at $400.00 depending on what make of turbo you have. There are aspects that a standard rebuild entails and that price includes all bearings, seals, thrust components, O-rings & balancing. On top of that, a we perform a thorough cleaning, bead blasting and paint job.
During each diesel turbo engine repair, we utilize our Schenck turbocharger balancing machine, which helps to balance individual components, compressor wheel, turbine shaft, and balance the complete rotating assembly or CHRA.

Once the turbo is clean, we begin the rebuilding process. The first step is a full inspection. We may find some damages to rotating parts, which render the turbo unusable. When we find issues, we will contact you and give you a full quote for the parts and repairs. There is no upfront payment or deposit required. We feel as though we charge a modest inspection fee. However, if you decide to have the engine rebuilt we will waive the fee. If you decide you do not want us to repair it, then we will charge you for shipping the engine back to you.
